Shipping
Sodini Bijoux only ships to Italy: we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although the time may be slightly extended during the holidays. If the order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed within a maximum of three working days.
After the order is processed internally by our team, shipping times vary from 2 to 4 working days, while the costs depend on the overall value of the order:

Returns
If you purchased between June 5th and June 20th the return will be handled manually by our customer service team. In these cases we invite you to request the return by sending an email to shop@sodinibijoux.it indicating the order number and the items to be returned. We will reply as soon as possible to authorize the return shipment. Remember to attach the completed Returns Form to the package.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order. To respect the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure in the Personal Area of our site and wait for confirmation from our team.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.
Return shipping will be borne by Sodini Bijoux in the event of a defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging with the completed Returns Form inside, they must never have been used, washed, damaged and must be in a condition to be resold. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on sodinibijoux.it. For further questions or special requests, do not hesitate to contact our customer support team by sending an email to shop @sodinibijoux.it.
The return of the goods following the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made to the following address:

NB Returns that do not present the completed Returns Form inside the package will not be accepted. The Returns Form can also be easily downloaded from the Personal Area at the time of request.
Responsibility for the items falls on the customer until they arrive in the warehouse.

If it is a damaged or incorrect product
If you already have an account, simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. If you purchased in guest mode, you will first have to create your account with the email from which you ordered and then follow the same steps described above. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and book the free collection .
If the customer sends the item to be returned at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to reimburse the costs incurred and guarantee the refund of the order.
For all other types of returns
If you already have an account, simply log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to be returned and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to be returned. If you purchased in guest mode, you will first have to create your account with the email from which you ordered and then follow the same steps described above. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be borne by the buyer.
Once the return has been authorized by our team, you can proceed with shipping the goods with the courier of your choice. The return must be sent to Sodini Bijoux Srl at the following address: Via dei Bocchi n. 108, Lammari di Capannori (Lucca), postcode 55013.
Refunds
The Sodini Bijoux team will check the quality of the returned product and issue the refund only if it meets the conditions of the return regulations. Returns are accepted only on purchases made directly on sodinibijoux.it. You will receive a refund with the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on different payment methods.
The refund will be free and will only include the amount of the product or items being returned in the case of a partial return, while it will include the amount of the products and the shipping costs initially incurred in the case of a total return of the order.
